After this was posted, the case was rejected from the court on the grounds that there was not enough evidence. He is appealing to the Supreme Court.
There are still a few questions, regardless.
1) Why did the governor of Hawaii seal the birth certificate so nobody can access it?
2) Why were there multiple forged certificates released by the Democrats?
3) The Democrats tried this on McCain, and he promptly released his birth certificate. Why won't Obama?
The Democratic party could tell everyone to shut their faces if they were to present his birth certificate, but they do not. There must be a reason. Maybe it's because of the Indonesia schooling incident, and it wouldn't matter if he was born in Hawaii or not. Watch the video if you haven't.

I am 59 yrs. of age, and I will not vote again. I have seen the media suppressed and controlled on all sides, our freedom to vote vandalized and hijacked by the very same organization (Acorn) that supports Sen. Obama. I have seen my own family voting for a man they know nothing about not even his policies. I am disappointed that Americans did not armed themselves with wanting and demanding to know who this man is, where did he come from and what change will he bring to America.
I believe America is on the road to their destruction. America as we once knew will never be again.

I beleive that the left wing in the USA will always refuse to bring these issues to the attention of anyone. They plug their ears, close their eyes and say, "blah blah blah..." as loud and as long as they can.
This last fall, children of leftist created chorals and their voices rang loud and lifted the rafters of voting halls in America. They helped elect their savior.
My liberal co-workers rejoiced the next day and heralded the news and told me about the dancing and singing in the streets (I live in Portland, OR - liberal enclave) unabashedly.
And then proceeded to tell me, "you christians, are going down!"
And in their minds, anything bad that happens in this term is the result and aftermath of Pres. Bush.
America is responsible for its own choices. If we, as Americans really wanted to know the truth, we would have demanded it. Only a small voice really demanded it. And it was shouted down.
Every year the Government indoctrination centers (public schools) churns out liberals by the droves.
We, as parents, must be vigilante. be REAL community leaders. Stand up and make conservatism shine. Ethically.

HAHAHA! Poser!? I haven't heard that since middle school and it was aimed at people that dressed the part of a skater without knowing how to skate. Enjoyed that comment immensely, but only because I found it so ridiculous.
